――Please share your feelings at winning the Grand Prize.
The display was created through a collaborative effort by all staff, so we’re very pleased that it was so well received.
――What were the key elements of the display design and what did you focus on?
We made the tagline “Tombow Stationery Says MONO” stand out as the centerpiece of the display. This tagline was decided upon by the staff through discussion. We wanted to convey our desire to go beyond mere stationery and become a partner that stands close to users and inspires their creativity.
――What was the customer reaction during the display period?
The MONO colors of blue, white, and black make the display stand out, so customers often stop in front of the display and pick up products.
――Please tell us about COMPASS Yonago R431’s main customer base and sales strategy.
We have a wide range of customers, from young children to the elderly. We have a lot of families on weekends. We would like to create a sales floor that is enjoyable for all generations.
――Will you be enthusiastic about participating in future Dragonfly Display Contests?
We would like to use this experience to participate again next time and will do our best to win a prize again next time.
――Thank you very much.
