Tombow Pencil Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kita-ku, Tokyo, President: Akihiro Ogawa) is a sponsor of the popular late-night program special project of Nippon Cultural Broadcasting Corporation “You Are Not Alone – Entrance Examination Support Campaign!”. The program on Wednesday December 6th will be broadcast in the KANMURI/ceremonial format. “Kachi-mushi Tombow” has been well received by listeners who are taking entrance exams and Tombow has become the title sponsor for the seventh consecutive year.

The program name is “Tombow Pencil Presents Recommen! Entrance Examination Support Special”. It will be broadcast live from 22:00 to 24:00 on Wednesday, December 6th.
The program will feature actress Yabuki Nako (pictured), who is the campaign girl the examinees support campaign. Yabuki is also active as a heroine on a TV drama. On the 6th, HKT48’s Tanaka Miku will be our guest and so we are looking forward to a fun talk while connecting with prospective listeners on SNS.

In addition, Tombow will run a commercial during the “Recomｍen!” Broadcast in support of examinees. Tombow will also sponsor Campaign Girl Yabuki’s Recommen! regular corner “Nako’s Youth (AOHARU) Research Team” (every Wednesday).

Recommen! is a late-night program on Nippon Cultural Broadcasting that started in 2003 and is a popular program that has achieved the highest audience ratings among teenagers. It was revamped in April of this year for the first time in 10 years. Through this program, which sends encouragement to examinees, we aim to increase brand loyalty for Tombow Pencil.
