Tombow Pencil Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kita-ku, Tokyo; President: Akihiro Ogawa) will add an elegant new line to the popular “Monograph” mechanical pencil series that features, a lead extension (shake-knock) mechanism, a rotate to extend Mono eraser, and an easy to see tip area; will launch sequentially at stationery stores and stationery departments nationwide starting October 12th*.

Product name is “Monograph Grip Grayish Colors.” Standard body colors are (from the left in the photo): elegant ivory, blue, purple, and greige as well as three limited edition colors (from top right of the photo, from the left): pale blue, pale green, and pale pink. 0.5mm lead diameter. Suggested retail price 550 JPY (500 JPY excluding tax).
The “Monograph” series was launched in 2014. This new standard for mechanical pencils will soon celebrate its 10th anniversary as a highly recommended mechanical pencil for students that has excellent writing and erasing capabilities.
This new, elegant color series is being added to reach new customers as well as encourage current core customers to add new colors to their collections.
