Tombow Pencil Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kita-ku, Tokyo, President: Akihiro Ogawa) won the reddot design award 2021 for two products that were recently released: “MONO graph Lite” and “Pit AIR mini Refillable Type”. This is our 12th award (12 products).
The ballpoint pen “MONO graph Lite” features a needle tip that provides wide visibility around the nib and is suitable for precise writing. It also features the industry’s top class smooth writing with silky ultra-low viscosity lubricating oil-based ink and springless tips. Released in Japan on March 4, 2021. The suggested retail price is 198 yen (180 yen excluding tax).
The glue tape “Pit AIR mini Refillable Type” features an air touch system (tape controller) that allows the tape to be lightly pulled out from the beginning of use to the end of use, and the use of power net tape to firmly bond the flaps of full envelopes.And economically refillable with compact size for portability. Released in Japan on March 11, 2021. The suggested retail price is 319 yen (290 yen excluding tax).
