Tombow Pencil Co., Ltd. (President, Akihiro Ogawa, head office, Toshima, Kita-ku, Tokyo) will open “TOMBOW DESIGN” on our website and introduce the award winning design award for about half a century. The URL is:

The products and awards awarded are 59 products and 77 winners. The first to be confirmed was the “SR1300 pencil Sharpener”, which won the Good Design Award in 1966, and since then, many of the products that have been released have been awarded a prize from a design evaluation agency in Japan and abroad as a good design indicator for half a century.
