History of the Plastic Eraser

The graphite was discovered in the 16th century, and it was used as a pencil, but at that time, it was erased with a wheat bread without good erase tools. In 1770, the origin of the Plastic Eraser found that the British chemist Priestley was able to erase the letters of the pencil with natural rubber. It is assumed that it was a very high thing at that time.
After that, the Substitute (the thing which mixed sulfur in vegetable oil and powdered) was discovered by Goodyear, and the base of the current Plastic Eraser was able to have been found.
The plastic Plastic Eraser made from vinyl chloride has finally emerged in the 1950s.
